In addition to over fifteen years of training himself, he is well rounded in all aspects of fitness. Being both a personal trainer and a group instructor, Marcus is dedicated to expand his knowledge and experience in physical fitness.
Marcus understands that every client works and responds in different ways. As an experienced trainer, he loves nothing more than seeing his clients not only reaching their goals but going beyond it. He believes that perseverance and endurance triumphs self doubt. Marcus welcomes obstacles and challenges of all kinds with complete confidence.
